Terms & Conditions for Episode 1
“THE CHRYSALIDS PODCAST” CONTEST
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the contest (“Contest”) organized by The Chrysalids Podcast (“Organizer”). By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
- Eligibility
The Contest is open to residents of India only, aged 16 years and above.
Employees, associates, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
- How to Participate
1. Watch the designated episode of “THE CHRYSALIDS PODCAST” on YouTube.
2. Visit www.chrysalids.in within 13 days of the episode’s release.
3. Answer a set of 10 multiple-choice questions based on the episode and submit your contact details.
4. Only participants who submit correct answers will be eligible for the Lucky Draw.
- Selection of Winners
A random Lucky Draw will be conducted from among eligible participants who answered all questions correctly.
A total of 10 winners will be selected.
The first 5 winners will each receive a Chrysalids Hoodie.
Winners numbered 6 to 10 will each receive a Ceramic Mug.
The Lucky Draw will be conducted at the discretion of the Organizer, and the results will be final and binding.
- Prizes & Delivery
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Hoodies, will be shipped to winners within 14 days of the Lucky Draw.
Ceramic Mugs, will be shipped to winners within 14 days of the Lucky Draw.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for any delays, damages, or loss during shipping.
- Announcement of Winners
Winners will be contacted using the details provided during submission.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- Organizer’s Rights
The Organizer’s decision regarding the Contest, selection of winners, and prize distribution shall be final and binding.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw the Contest at any time without prior notice.
- Data Privacy
By participating, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Contest and prize distribution.
The Organizer will not share participants’ data with third parties except as required to fulfill the Contest.
- Liability
The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by participation in the Contest or use of prizes.
Participants enter the Contest at their own risk.
- Governing Law
This Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
