Founder
Actor, Scriptwriter, Producer, Publisher and Director – has worn many hats in Theatre, while simultaneously building a successful career in Communications – spanning Advertising, Entrepreneurship, PR and Corporate & Marketing Communications. He now gives-back / pays-it-forward as Anchor and Executive Producer of “The CHRYSALIDS Podcast” fostering Personal Transformation through the Creative Arts.
Kabita Dey Easo
Co-founder & Mentor
With 24+ years in education, Kabita has mentored countless students toward excellence. A Hindustani classical vocalist and wellness advocate, she blends creativity and discipline in all she does. Through Chrysalids, she aims to give back by creating a transformative space where imagination and learning come together with purpose.

Frederick D’Mello, is an Electronics Engineering graduate, with 3 decades of experience in sound engineering and sound design. He has been a Senior Sound Designer and Audio Production Head at Talkaholics Productions for the last 17 years.
